In fall of 2015, with all the support from our in-house fundraiser, we were able to raise $10,013.48 after our operating costs and incentives. Read more about our 2015-2016 fundraiser here https://frankcwhiteleypta.org/finalresults/.  We ran our fundraiser internally which allowed us to keep 87% of the profit. In the past we have used outside companies which retain a higher percentage of the money we raise.

This year we would like to raise $8,500 to cover our expenses in the 2016-2017 School year.

Why Stress-Free? Who Decided?
Last March, we sent out a short and anonymous online survey. The link of the survey was sent out by the teachers and through our PTA email blast, posted on our Website and Facebook page.  We had 83 people fill out the survey will only 80 people answering the question regarding which type of fundraiser for 2016-2017 school year. The Stress-Free Fundraiser had the majority vote.  Having a Stress-Free fundraiser will allow 100% of all donations to go to the school. No fees for making online payment. Not time taken away from teaching. No classroom interruptions.  No candy prizes or gimmicks.

Important Dates

  • September 16th – The initial fundraising flyer goes home with students.
  • September 23rd – The halfway communication flyer goes home with students.
  • September 29th – The email reminder to parents about fundraiser ending.
  • September 30th – All money is due to PTA.
